Our shared-risk approach ensures a high level of engagement from our scientists and rewards success. Recently disclosed research collaborations include those with Servier, Daiichi Sankyo, Lundbeck, PhoreMost and Asahi Kasei Pharma, and we seek additional partnerships.

We also, have an extensive pipeline of partnered new chemical entities in pre-clinical and clinical development with Celgene, Corvus, CTI BioPharma, Cumulus Oncology, Servier and Verona Pharma, and we explore additional licensing opportunities for our currently unpartnered drug candidates.

We integrate fragment-based approaches, structural biology, biophysics, assay technology and molecular modeling with extensive synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry expertise to enable drug discovery on both established and novel targets. This requires a deep understanding of the techniques involved and a cautious interpretation of data; an approach grounded on two decades of developing and applying fragment-based lead discovery to challenging targets.
